BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 66 of 1985 - SECT 85

85. Section 119A of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting paragraphs (1) (h) and (j) and substituting the following
        paragraph:



"(h) a direction by the Minister under section 110 or sub-section 117A (7);";
and

   (b)  by omitting sub-section (4).
