BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 66 of 1985 - SECT 92

92. After section 133 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Tabling of government policy statements

"133A. The Minister shall cause a copy of any government policy statement
within the meaning of Part IIIB to be laid before each House of the Parliament
within 15 sitting days of that House after that statement has been given to
the Tribunal.".
