BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1976 No. 187 of 1976 - SECT 11
Meetings of Commission.
11. Section 39 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(2) the words ''four Commissioners shall form a quorum'' and substituting the
words ''a quorum is constituted by a majority of the Commissioners for the
time being holding office''.
