BROADCASTING AND TELEVISION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1976 No. 187 of 1976 - SECT 19

Appointments to Tribunal and Commission.

19. At any time after the commencement of this section and before 1 January
1977, appointments may be made under sections 8, 11 and 31 of the Principal
Act as amended by this Act, but an appointment so made shall not have effect
before that date.
