BOUNTY (NON-ADJUSTABLE WRENCHES) ACT 1981 No. 18 of 1981 - SECT 14

14. A person is not entitled to bounty unless he keeps, to the satisfaction of
the Minister, accounts, books, documents and other records showing, from time
to time, particulars relating to the production (including the cost of
production), storage and sale of bountiable implements and such other
information in relation to those implements as the Minister requires.
