BOUNTY (NON-ADJUSTABLE WRENCHES) ACT 1981 No. 18 of 1981 - SECT 25

Regulations
25. (1) The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this
Act, prescribing all matters required or permitted by this Act to be
prescribed, or necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or
giving effect to this Act, and, in particular, prescribing -

   (a)  the manner in which, and the time within which, applications for
        bounty are to be made;

   (b)  the information to be furnished by applicants in connection with
        applications for bounty; and

   (c)  penalties not exceeding $200 for offences against the regulations.

(2) Regulations made for the purposes of paragraph 3 (2) (c) before 1 July
1981 may be expressed to have had effect from and including 1 July 1980.
