Bounty (Tractor Cabs) Act 1983 No. 78 of 1983 - SECT 24

24. (1) The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this
Act, prescribing all matters-

   (a)  required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed; or

   (b)  necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving
        effect to this Act.

(2) Without limiting the generality of sub-section (1), regulations may be
made prescribing-

   (a)  the manner in which, and the time within which, applications for
        bounty are to be made;

   (b)  the information to be furnished by applicants in connection with
        applications for bounty; and

   (c)  penalties not exceeding $200 for offences against the regulations.
