Biological Control Act 1984 No. 139 of 1984 - SECT 11

11. Without limiting the generality of paragraph 4 (2) (a) of the Industries 
Assistance Commission Act 1973 , for the purposes of that Act-

   (a)  a declaration that organisms of a particular kind that have an adverse
        effect on the carrying on by a person of a business or activity are
        target organisms for the purposes of this Act; or

   (b)  a declaration that organisms of another kind the release of which
        could control the population of organisms of the first-mentioned kind
        are agent organisms for the purposes of this Act, shall be taken to be
        assistance by way of the doing of an act that would assist that person
        to carry on that business or activity.
