Biological Control Act 1984 No. 139 of 1984 - SECT 42

42. A Commissioner may, by writing signed by the Commissioner, summon a person
to appear before the Commission at a time and place specified in the summons
to give evidence and produce such books and documents (if any) as are referred
to in the summons.
