Bounty (Berry Fruits) Act 1982 No. 132 of 1982 - SECT 16

16. (1) The Minister may, by writing signed by him, appoint-

   (a)  a specified officer;

   (b)  the officer for the time being holding, or performing the duties of, a
        specified office; or

   (c)  officers included in a specified class of officers, to be an
        authorized officer, or authorized officers, for the purposes of this
        Act.
(2) In this section, ''officer'' means an officer of the Department of
Industry and Commerce.
