Bounty (Berry Fruits) Act 1982 No. 132 of 1982 - SECT 23

23. (1) Applications may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for
review of-

   (a)  a decision of the Comptroller-General under section 9 or 12
approving, or refusing to approve, payment of bounty;

   (b)  a decision of the Minister made for the purposes of
sub-section 13 (2) or (7); or

   (c)  a requirement by the Minister under section 15.
(2) In sub-section (1), "decision" has the same meaning as in the
Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975.
