BUILDING INDUSTRY ACT 1985 No. 92 of 1985 - SECT 12
Evidence of declaration
12. A document signed by the Registrar stating that the Commission made a
declaration under section 4, sub-section 5 (9) or section 10 on a day
specified in the document and purporting to set out the terms of the
declaration is prima facie evidence of the matters stated in the document.
