BUILDING INDUSTRY ACT 1985 No. 92 of 1985 - SECT 13

13. Where the Minister makes an order under this Act-

   (a)  a copy of the order shall be published in the Gazette; and

   (b)  the order comes into force on the day on which the copy of the order
        is published in the Gazette.
