BROADCASTING LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 146 of 1988 - SECT 42
Broadcasting or televising of political matter or controversial matter
42. Section 116 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection
(6) the definition of "election" and substituting the following definition:
" 'election' means an election to a Parliament;".
