BOUNTY (DRILLING MACHINES) AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 155 of 1978 - SECT 3
Specification of bounty
3. Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting before paragraph (a)
of sub-section (3) the following paragraph:
''(aa) the manufacture of the machine was commenced, or undertaken in
pursuance of a firm order placed, before 25 May 1978.''.
