BROADCASTING (FOREIGN OWNERSHIP) AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 103 of 1990 - SECT 2
Commencement
2. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.
(2) Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 9 commence on 22 May 1991.
