BARLEY RESEARCH ACT 1980

An Act to provide for the collection of levy imposed by the Barley  Research
Levy Act 1980 and to establish a Barley Research Trust Account, and for
related purposes

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and the House of Representatives of
the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:

PART I-PRELIMINARY Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Barley Research Act 1980.*1*
