BARLEY RESEARCH ACT 1980 No. 168 of 1980 - SECT 28

28. (1) The Minister or an authorized officer may, upon the recommendation of
the Council or a State Committee, appoint persons to advise the Council or the
Committee, as the case may be, in relation to any purpose in respect of which
moneys may be expended from the Research Account.

(2) A person appointed under sub-section (1) shall be paid such fees, expenses
and allowances (if any) as are prescribed.
