BARLEY RESEARCH ACT 1980 No. 168 of 1980 - SECT 36

36. Applications may be made to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for a
review of-

   (a)  decisions made by the Minister for the purposes of sub-section 6 (5)
        or 7 (3); and

   (b)  decisions made by an authorized officer for the purposes of
        sub-section 7 (3).
