Bounty (Two-Stroke Engines) Act 1984 No. 66 of 1984 - SECT 12

Accounts

12. A person is not entitled to bounty unless he keeps, to the satisfaction of
the Minister, accounts, books, documents and other records showing, from time
to time, particulars relating to the manufacture (including the cost of
manufacture) and sale or use of bountiable engines manufactured by him and
such other information in relation to those bountiable engines as the
Minister, by notice in writing served, either personally or by post, on the
person, requires.
