Bass Strait Freight Adjustment Trust Fund Act 1984 No. 24 of 1984 - SECT 12

Regulations 

12. The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act,
prescribing all matters necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying
out or giving effect to this Act.
