Bass Strait Freight Adjustment Trust Fund
4. (1) An account is hereby established to be known as the Bass Strait Freight
Adjustment Trust Fund.
(2) The Freight Adjustment Fund is a Trust Account for the purposes of section
62A of the Audit Act 1901.
