BASS STRAIT FREIGHT ADJUSTMENT TRUST FUND AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 153 of 1987 - SECT 5
Application of Freight Adjustment Fund
5. Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following subsection:
"(3) Notwithstanding subsection (2) and sections 7 and 8, no payment shall be
made, at the end of December 1987, out of the Freight Adjustment Fund.".
