BOUNTY (METAL WORKING MACHINES AND ROBOTS) ACT 1985 No. 133 of 1985 - SECT 26

26. If the Comptroller-General becomes satisfied, otherwise than after
examining -

   (a)  an acknowledgement under sub-section 23 (1); or

   (b)  a statement under sub-section 25 (1), that there has been an
        overpayment of a claim for bounty by more than $100, the
        Comptroller-General shall cause to be served on the person who lodged
        the claim a demand for repayment of the amount of the overpayment, and
        that person is liable to repay that amount to the Commonwealth.
