BOUNTY (METAL WORKING MACHINES AND ROBOTS) ACT 1985 No. 133 of 1985 - SECT 39

39. (1) The Minister may, either generally or otherwise as provided in the
instrument of delegation, by writing signed by him or her, delegate to a
person all or any of his or her powers under this Act, other than this power
of delegation.

(2) A power so delegated, when exercised by the delegate, shall, for the
purposes of this Act, be deemed to have been exercised by the Minister.

(3) A delegation under this section does not prevent the exercise of a power
by the Minister.
