BOUNTY (TEXTILE YARNS) AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 69 of 1990 - SECT 7

7. Section 2 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1)
the following definitions:

" 'Authority' means the Textiles, Clothing and Footwear Development Authority
established by section 5 of the Textiles, Clothing and Footwear  Development
Authority Act 1988 ;
'capitalisation grant' means a grant made by the Minister under section 21E;
'TCF industries' has the same meaning as in the Textiles, Clothing and 
Footwear Development Authority Act 1988 ;
'TCF products' has the same meaning as in the Textiles, Clothing and  Footwear
Development Authority Act 1988 ;".
