BOUNTY (TEXTILE YARNS) AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 69 of 1990 - SECT 9

9. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting in subsection (5) at the end of paragraph (a) "and";

   (b)  by inserting after paragraph (b) of that subsection the following new
        paragraph:

"(ba) the production was carried out, in its entirety, using assets that are
not included in the identified assets register referred to in section 21G;
and".
