CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 1077

1077. In this Division:

   (a)  a reference to a person going from place to place includes a reference
        to a person communicating with other persons at different places by
        the use of an eligible communications service; and

   (b)  a reference to the buying or purchase of securities includes a
        reference to acquiring securities by barter or exchange.
