CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 1082

Power of courts to make orders
1082. (1) Where a person is convicted of an offence in respect of an
invitation or offer issued or made in contravention of this Division, the
Court or, if the person was convicted by another court, that other court, may
order that any contract made as a result of the acceptance of an offer made
pursuant to the invitation, or the acceptance of the offer, is void and may
give such consequential directions as it thinks proper for the repayment of
any money or the re-transfer of any securities.

(2) A person aggrieved by an order made or directions given under subsection
(1) by a court other than the Court may appeal to the Court against the order
or direction, and the Court may confirm, reverse or modify the order or
direction and make such further order or give such further directions as it
thinks just.
