CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 1124

Corporation not to deal on unauthorised futures market 
1124. A corporation shall not:

   (a)  deal in a futures contract on an unauthorised futures market; or

   (b)  deal in a futures contract that was acquired by a person on an
        unauthorised futures market.
