CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 1197

Revocation of banning order in certain cases 
1197. Where:

   (a)  section 1196 requires the Commission to vary a banning order so that
        it no longer has a particular operation; and

   (b)  the order has no other operation; the Commission shall, by written
        order, instead revoke the banning order.
