CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 1238

1238. Money in a fidelity fund of a futures organisation that is not
immediately required for the purposes of the fund may be invested by the
futures organisation in any manner in which trustees are for the time being
authorised by a law in force in a State or Territory to invest trust funds or
on deposit with an eligible money market dealer.
