CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 1245

1245. The board of a futures organisation may at any time require a person to
produce and deliver any documents or statements of evidence necessary to
support a claim made or necessary for the purpose either of exercising its
rights against a contributing member of the futures organisation or a partner
or the partners in a partnership that is a contributing member of the futures
organisation or any other person or of enabling criminal proceedings to be
taken against a person in respect of a defalcation or fraudulent misuse of
property, and in default of delivery of such documents or statements of
evidence by the first-mentioned person, the board may disallow any claim by
the first-mentioned person under this Part.
