CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 1251

1251. For the purposes of this Division, a futures contract concerns a body
corporate if, and only if:

   (a)  the futures contract is a commodity agreement and a commodity to which
        it relates is securities of the body; or

   (b)  the futures contract is an adjustment agreement and a state of affairs
        to which it relates concerns the price of securities of the body, or
        the prices of a class of securities that includes securities of the
        body, at a particular time.
