CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 1276

1276. In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears:

"body corporate" includes a Part 5.7 body;

"decision", in relation to the Board, means, in Division 3, a decision of the
Board under that Division and includes a refusal to exercise a power under
section 1292;

"registered" means registered under Division 2.
