CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 1310

Obstructing or hindering Commission etc. 
1310. A person shall not, without lawful excuse, obstruct or hinder the
Commission, or any other person, in the performance or exercise of a function
or power under this Act.
