CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 1334

1334. Where a provision of a law of a State or of a Territory, being a law
because of which provisions of an Act or regulations in force for the time
being under an Act apply as laws of that State or Territory, provides that a
document published in accordance with that provision is prima facie evidence
of the provisions of that Act or those regulations as so applying on a
particular date, a document that is, or purports to be, a copy of a document
so published is prima facie evidence of the provisions of that Act or those
regulations as so applying to that date.
