CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 1342

Commonwealth or Minister not liable for loss or damage

1342. Neither the Commonwealth nor the Minister is liable for any loss or
damage suffered by a person arising out of the exercise of, or the failure to
exercise, any of the powers which are conferred on the Minister under this
Part or which the Minister has in relation to unclaimed property.
