CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 138

138. Where a registered foreign company is registered as a company under this
Division, the Commission shall remove its name from the register kept under
Division 2 of Part 4.1 but may keep any or all of the documents that were
lodged or registered under that Division and relate to the foreign company.
