CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 178
Alteration of proprietary company provisions
178. A proprietary company may, by special resolution, alter any of the
proprietary company provisions included, or deemed to be included, in its
constitution, but not so that the constitution ceases to contain proprietary
company provisions.
