CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 20

Carrying on a business: alone or together with others

20. A reference in this Act to a person carrying on a business, or a business
of a particular kind, is a reference to the person carrying on a business, or
a business of that kind, whether alone or together with any other person or
persons.
