CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 243

243. (1) The Commission shall cause to be kept for the purposes of this Act a
Register of Disqualified Company Directors and Other Officers consisting of:

   (a)  a copy of each order made under subsection 230 (1) or 599 (2); and

   (b)  a copy of each notice served under subsection 600 (3).

(2) Where:

   (a)  an order has been or is made under a law that corresponds with
        subsection 230 (1) or 599 (2); or

   (b)  a notice has been or is served under a law that corresponds with
        subsection 600 (3); the Commission may include a copy of the order or
        notice in the Register of Disqualified Company Directors and Other
        Officers.

(3) A person may inspect and make copies of, or take extracts from, the
Register of Disqualified Company Directors and Other Officers.
