CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 287

287. Where an auditor of a company has, under subsection 332 (11), sent to the
Board a copy of a report on the accounts or group accounts of the company, the
Board may, by written notice given to the company, require it to furnish to
the Board, within 7 days after the notice is given, a copy of the accounts or
group accounts.
