CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 306
Report may omit prejudicial information
306. If, in the directors' opinion, it would prejudice the company's interests
to include in the report particular information, being some or all of the
information that subsection 304 (11) or 305 (11) requires to be so included:
(a) the first-mentioned information need not be so included; and
(b) if it is not so included-the report shall state that some or all, as
the case requires, of the information required by that subsection has
not been so included.
