CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 31
Basic rules
31. (1) Except for the purposes of sections 234, 235 and 236, a person who has
power to vote in respect of a voting share in a body corporate has a relevant
interest in the share.
(2) A person who has power to dispose of a share has a relevant interest in
the share.
