CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 314

314. (1) Where, immediately before a Division 2 company's registration day, an
order was in force in relation to the company under a law corresponding to
section 313, this section applies on and after that day.

(2) The order has effect, with such modifications as the circumstances
require, as if:

   (a)  it had been made under section 313; and

   (b)  there were specified in it, instead of the specified requirements of
        the company law of a State or Territory, the corresponding
        requirements of this Act.

(3) Subject to section 313, if the order, as in force immediately before the
company's registration day, was limited to a specified period, it ceases to
have effect at the end of that period.
