CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 33

33. Where a body corporate or an associate of a body corporate has, or is by
this Division (other than this section) deemed to have:

   (a)  power to vote in respect of a share; or

   (b)  power to dispose of a share; a person shall be deemed for the purposes
        of this Division to have in relation to the share the same power as
        the body or associate has, or is deemed to have, if:

   (c)  the person has;

   (d)  an associate of the person has;

   (e)  associates of the person together have; or

   (f)  the person and an associate or associates of the person together have;
        power to vote in respect of not less than the prescribed percentage of
        the voting shares in the body.
