CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 340

Registrable Australian corporation not to carry on business interstate unless registered 
340. A registrable Australian corporation shall not, on or after the transfer
day for the corporation, carry on business interstate unless:

   (a)  it is registered under this Division; or

   (b)  it has applied to be registered under this Division and the
        application has not been dealt with.
