CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 356

356. The provisions of section 209 relating to the keeping of an index of the
names of members of a company apply, with such adaptations as are necessary,
in relation to persons holding shares in a register kept under section 351 or
352 and section 210 applies, with such adaptations as are necessary, to the
inspection and closing of such a register and of an index kept in relation to
such a register.
