CORPORATIONS ACT 1989 No. 109 of 1989 - SECT 360

360. (1) On registering a body corporate under Division 1 or 2 or registering
under subsection 358 (3) a change in a registered body's name, the Commission
shall issue to the body a certificate, under the Commission's common seal and
in the prescribed form, of the body's registration under that Division.

(2) A certificate under subsection (1) is prima facie evidence of the matters
stated in it.
